A video of the explosion crater was posted online, and a hit was reported at around 9 a.m. in the village of Petropavlovka. It is not mentioned what exactly it was, what caused the explosion, or whether there were any casualties.
One of the residents in the video said that the explosion destroyed an entire street. According to him, a rocket fell.
The village of Petropavlovka is located near the border with Ukraine.
