Ukrainian forces down Russian aircraft in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region
On October 5, Ukraine's Defense Forces shot down a Russian Su-25 fighter jet near Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region
The head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, Serhiy Horbunov, reported in a commentary to Suspilne.Donbas.
“Debris partially fell near the town of Kostiantynivka. Debris also fell into the private sector, damaging several private houses. There were no casualties or injuries as a result of this incident,” he said.
Reconnaissance drone may have been shot down
According to telegram channels, it is suggested that a Russian S-70 Myslyvets jet UAV, 20 meters long, was shot down.

Z-channels also claim that a heavy Russian Myslyvets UAV was shot down in Kostiantynivka, not a Su-25.
“All our aircraft and crews are at home. Alive, healthy and safe. And the fact that there is one less drone happens. That's what tests are for,” the Fighterbomber channel said.
“This is a S-70 hunter. Calm down already. To hell with this UAV. We'll make a new one,” the Voevoda Says channel wrote.
