Ukrainian Air Force strikes Bryansk border crossing used by Russia for UAV launches
On March 27, Ukraine’s Air Force attacked the Pogar border checkpoint near Sluchovsk, Bryansk region, in response to Russia’s attacks
Ukraine’s General Staff reported the information.
This Ukrainian strike is highlighted as a retaliation against the Russian army's ongoing assaults on Ukrainian settlements, which involve daily drone attacks that destroy civilian infrastructure, damage residential buildings, and claim the lives of Ukrainian civilians.
“As a result of the attack, the military infrastructure of the checkpoint was destroyed, along with means of communication and electronic warfare, as well as video surveillance system and other technical means. According to preliminary information, from 15 to 40 occupiers were eliminated,” the General Staff informs.
Russia has repeatedly launched drones at Ukraine from the Pogar location.
