Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (HUR) reported the information.
“Another result of the systematic combat work of the HUR special forces unit Prymary (Ghosts) in the temporarily occupied Crimea: good drones struck the Russian invaders' airbase in Hvardiiske, near Simferopol, successfully hitting two enemy Mi-8 helicopters,” the intelligence agency said. They added that the destroyed helicopters are worth about $20–30 million.
HUR also targeted a Russian ship in the bay of Sevastopol, likely the BUK-2190. “During an air attack against the invaders on the peninsula, Ukrainian scouts directed a corresponding warhead at the ship,” the report said.
- Earlier, Ukraine’s HUR reported that a Russian small missile ship of Project 21631 Buyan-M was struck in the Sea of Azov near the Kerch Strait.
