Russia pulls all resources to Chasiv Yar and not only storms but destroys the town — Ukrainian military

"Intense fighting continues. The enemy is trying to storm us along the entire frontline, but at the moment it is more focused on Klishchiivka and Andriivka. The enemy is also trying to storm Chasiv Yar. And he is not just storming it, he is destroying it using KABs. Today, the Russians have deployed all their resources, both for fire and assault operations," emphasized Kalashnikov.

According to the head of the press service of the 26th Artillery Brigade, the Russian army is storming Chasiv Yar with a mechanized component.

"The Russians are indeed increasingly using heavy equipment - tanks and armored combat vehicles. Generally, tanks are used for offensive. In this case, the Russians could have used them to clear mines. In other words, the Russians are trying to combine their actions on different parts of the front," Kalashnikov added.

• Since the beginning of the day, 88 combat clashes have taken place in the frontline. The number of combat clashes in the Kupyansk sector reached 20 over the last day.
• Ukrainian troops made a small advance in the area of Kreminna, Luhansk region. However, Russia keeps trying to capture Chasiv Yar.
