Fake posts claiming Russian attack appear on Czech PM’s X account after hack
Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala’s X account was hacked Tuesday morning, leading to a series of fake posts being published

Czech government spokesperson Lucie Míčůt Jesetková stated in a comment to Reuters.
One of the fake posts on Fiala’s page, in particular, claimed that Russian troops had attacked Czech units near the border with Kaliningrad.
That post was later deleted.
“The post about the attack on Czech soldiers is not true,” the spokesperson said in a written comment to the agency.
Additionally, posts in Czech and English about the response to U.S. tariffs were deleted from Fiala’s account.
- Russia is preparing another large-scale fake, claiming that preparations are underway in temporarily occupied Mariupol, Donetsk region, for the production of a "dirty bomb."
