160 clashes occur on Russian-Ukrainian front: Russia focuses attacks on Kurakhove sector

On November 10, 160 combat clashes were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. Russia continues active operations in the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk directions

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff stated this in the morning update on November 11.

According to the updated information, yesterday Russian troops launched one missile strike using two missiles on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, along with 70 air strikes, dropped 142 guided bombs, and used 1,538 ‘kamikaze’ drones. In addition, Russians fired 4,697 times, including 77 times from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

Russian forces carried out airstrikes in areas near 35 settlements across Ukraine.

The General Staff added that yesterday Ukraine's missile forces and artillery struck one Russian artillery system and six manpower and weapons concentrations. 

Frontline update 

In the Kharkiv sector, Russian forces attacked six times in the direction of Starytsia and Vovchansk.

In the Kupiansk sector, three Russian attacks were registered. Ukrainian defense forces repelled the Russian offensive in the direction of Kindrashivka, Zahryzove, and Zelenyi Hai.

Russia attacked 6 times in the Lyman sector. They attempted to advance near Hrekivka, Terny, Torske, and Serebrianka.

In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled one attack near Verkhniokamianske.

In the Kramatorsk sector, three combat clashes were recorded near Stupochky and Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian troops carried out 16 attacks near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 35 attacks near Myroliubivka, Promin, Hryhorivka, Selydove, Lysivka, Sukhyi Yar, and Petrivka.

In the Kurakhove sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 48 attacks on positions near Illinka, Vozdvizhenka, Novoselidivka, Novodmytrivka, Sonchivka, Maksymilianivka, Antonivka, Dalnie, and Katerynivka. Russia concentrated its main efforts near Antonivka and Illinka.

In the Vremivka sector, Russia launched 13 attacks on Ukrainian positions, in some cases with the support of attack and bomber aircraft, near Trudove, Konstyanopil, Uspenivka, and Makarivka. 

In the Orikhiv sector, Russian forces attacked two times near Novoandriivka and Mala Tokmachka. They were repelled and suffered losses.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the invading Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions seven times. They were unsuccessful. 

On the border with Belarus, no signs of enemy offensive groups were detected.

On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the Russian army is actively using artillery and aviation from its territory in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements.

The operation in the Kursk region is ongoing. Russia carried out 26 air strikes and dropped 48 guided bombs over the last day.
