Man opens fire at Irkutsk region Military Commissariat, wounding people, the man was detained

According to Mash, military commissar Oleksandr Yeliseev was shot 6 times and is in intensive care in critical condition.

Alsothe governor of the Irkutsk region states that the soldier is in serious condition and is currently in intensive care. He also announced that he would strengthen security measures in the region, Ria Novosti writes.

"The attacker, who opened fire in the Military Commissariat of Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk, has been detained," he said.
