Mail bomb wounds Russian linked to Wagner PMС in Central African Republic

Syty came to the Central African Republic in 2018, initially as a "civilian instructor" and translator. Two years ago, he came under US sanctions as an employee of Yevgeny Prigozhin, a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Prigozhin has already accused the French and their "Western allies – the United States and others'' of organizing the assassination attempt. According to him, Syty previously received a note with threats and a call to the Russians to "get out of Africa." After the explosion, Dmitry Siyy is in a serious condition.

"I have already appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation so that it initiates the procedure of declaring France a state sponsor of terrorism, as well as conducting a thorough investigation of the terrorist methods of France and its Western allies - the United States and others," Prigozhin said.

It should be noted that this incident is similar to those involving packages with explosives or remains of animals, which a few days ago were massively delivered to Ukrainian diplomatic institutions throughout Europe.
