Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security Council discovered three new fakes spread by Russian propaganda as of the morning of October 13.

So, as of the morning of October 13, Russians spread disinformation and two manipulations.
Disinformation: T. Dovgalenko, the deputy representative of Russian Federation at UNESCO, said that the UNESCO site has turned into a mouthpiece of cheap propaganda of Kyiv and that "having made their historic choice in 2014 in favor of reunification with the Russian Federation, the residents of Crimea have turned away the deadly threats of the "Maidan authorities" and secured the main human right - the right to life".
Manipulation: Deputy Ambassador of Russian Federation to the UN, V. Nebenzia, stated that "a politicized and frankly provocative document was presented in the General Assembly, which <...> contains a confrontational charge capable of undermining any efforts in favor of a diplomatic solution to the crisis surrounding Ukraine."
Manipulation: Speaker of Russian State Duma, V. Volodin, promised a tough response "in case of continuation of terrorist attacks from Kyiv, [since] there are no negotiations with terrorists anywhere in the world: "All organizers and perpetrators of terrorist attacks must be found. Those who resist will be destroyed."
