Oleksandr Vilkul, head of military administration of the city, wrote this on Telegram.
He noted that lack of power is connected with the shutdown of some boiler houses and pumping stations.
"Part of the city is without electricity, some boiler houses and pumping stations are disconnected. We are maintaining a system using generators, and water delivery to Makulan (the district of the city - ed.) has been organized," he said.
Vilkul also emphasized that there are risks of repeated launches of Kh-22 missiles from TU-22 towards the city.
On the night of December 5, Russian occupying forces launched three missiles at Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk region. Russian troops took aim at industrial enterprise, one person was killed and three were injured.
