Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to August 12, 2025, are approximately:
- personnel – about 1,065,220 (+980),
- tanks – 11,098 (+5),
- armored fighting vehicles – 23,119 (+5),
- artillery systems – 31,406 (+26),
- MLRS – 1,464(+2),
- air defense systems – 1,205 (+1),
- aircraft – 421 (+0),
- helicopters – 340 (+0),
- tactical-level UAVs – 50,753 (+107),
- cruise missiles – 3,556 (+0),
- ships/boats – 28 (+0),
- submarines – 1 (+0),
- vehicles and fuel tanks – 58,219 (+106),
- special equipment – 3,937 (+1).
The data is being clarified.
- Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that as of August 11, Ukraine’s defenders have achieved gains in the Sumy sector.
