"The number of casualties has increased to 22 people. Two people were killed," he said in a statement.
Previously, he reported that as of 5:18 p.m., 16 people were injured as a result of Russian shelling of a civilian infrastructure facility. In particular, 9 people were hospitalized, including one child.
Syniehubov added that the number of victims increased after the location was shelled again. In addition, an ambulance that arrived at the scene was damaged.
At 5:02 p.m., it was reported that one person was killed as a result of a Russian strike on the village.
It should be noted that at 3:58 p.m. today Oleh Syniehubov reported the first Russian attack on Budy.
"Russian troops attacked Budy village in Kharkiv district. A man of 24 years old sustained a shrapnel wound," wrote Sinegubov. He also added that the site of the hit is currently being examined.
At 4:54 p.m., Syniehubov said that Russians struck again at Budy in Kharkiv region, resulting in civilian casualties.
