The National Resistance Center reported.
"Soon the IAEA commission will arrive at the ZNPP, so Kadyrov mercenaries have left the plant’s premises. Russia once again wants to stage an improvised show for the commission, so they have already transferred its most odious "defenders" away. That is how Russia explains the presence of her troops and heavy equipment on the plant’s territory – protection of the seized NPP," the center writes.
One of the main Russian propagandists, Vladimir Soloviov, was also spotted at the ZNPP.
"He was given the task of communicating the possible retreat of Russian troops from the station," the center added.
