"These three elements must be used immediately by Ukraine for air defense," Malomuzh told Espresso.TV.
Malomuzh added that NATO is not ready to directly close the sky over Ukraine because it fears a global nuclear catastrophe.
"Other methods can be used here. First of all, it is the supply of aircraft from abroad, from Poland to protect the Ukrainian sky. Another element is the purchase of powerful air defense systems. Then there will be no question of another country's intervention because any state has the right to purchase weapons. The third element is the use of devices that create a magnetic field to disorient enemy aircraft. In particular, the latest model of such a device is in the United States", the general said.
