This is stated in CNN's material.
Conflict Armament Research (CAR), a British organization that researches weapons components, has found that the Shahed-136 drones sold by Iran to Russia are equipped with an engine based on German technology – technology that Iran illegally acquired almost 20 years ago.
"Western officials are also concerned that Russia may share Western-made weapons and equipment recovered on the Ukrainian battlefield with the Iranians. So far, there’s no firm evidence that has happened," the journalists added.
