Invading Russian forces launch missile assault on Zhytomyr region
On August 16, two Russian rockets were hit in the Zhytomyr region.

Vitalii Bunechko, the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, shared the details on Telegram.
"On the territory of the Zhytomyr region, two explosions as a result of a rocket attack were confirmed", Bunechko wrote.
In the Zhytomyr region, an air alert was announced at 12:58 p.m.
It is known in advance that the rockets were fired by the Russian invaders from Belarus.
