The ex-minister spoke about this on the air of Espreso.TV.
"Unfortunately, before Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, some international organizations withdrew their personnel, who should deal with humanitarian issues", Chernysh said.
The ex-minister said that among such organizations were the Red Cross, the UN, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, UNICEF and others.
"Therefore, it is very difficult for them to start operating now. Marked transport, flags, marked products. The unpreparedness of the entire system for urgent action is a huge problem", Vadym Chernysh added.
