Three children, including infant, wounded in Russian attack on Pokrovsk

The youngest victim is 6 months old. Each time, the Russians hit the usual infrastructure of the city. This is a terrorist act on the part of the Russian Federation," Dobryak stressed.

The head of the administration also added that Russian enemy is hitting the town with Iskander or S-300 missiles.

"The approach time of these missiles is 30 seconds. That's why first the hit occurs, and then the air raid alarm is triggered," Dobriak said.
