Entranceway of multi-storey building collapses in occupied Rubizhne - Luhansk Military Administration
In the temporarily occupied Rubizhne, Luhansk region, the entire entrance to one of the multi-storey buildings collapsed due to poor construction by the Russian invaders
The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, reported this.
It is noted that the Russian occupation authorities will not report any casualties caused by the collapse.
"Even in the least affected areas of the city, the occupiers have done nothing to prevent such situations. No work has been carried out there for a year and a half, the place has not been fenced off. Everyone was waiting for a certain result, which was achieved," he wrote on Telegram.
In addition, in the new districts of Sievierodonetsk, builders recently abandoned a multi-storey building with a dismantled roof. According to the head of the Military Administration, this is not an isolated case in the city.
"We get to know about such situations when people manage to leave for a place where there is mobile communication. Another one is in the old part of the city, where a house was left without a roof for the winter. There is water in the apartments, but they promise heating," noted Lysohor.
- The day before, it was reported that the humanitarian situation in the cities of Luhansk region temporarily occupied by Russia was worsening, and the occupiers were not restoring destroyed residential buildings and infrastructure.
- As of Saturday morning, September 23, the invaders have identified several houses in Kreminna that will be demolished. Similar plans of the Russians are observed in Sievierodonetsk.
