This is reported by the Bucha City Council.
"Dozens of cars shot and burned by the Russian horde are also witnesses to the occupation of the city. Rashists shot civilian cars when they tried to evacuate. The cars still have the belongings of the deceased owners, and some cars have signs with the inscription "Children" attached to them. Back then, not knowing the inhuman nature of the invaders, the residents hoped that they would not shoot at cars with children...", the report says.
