Denmark donates mine scanning drones for Ukraine
The Ministry of Defence of Denmark has provided Ukraine with six drones to detect mines as part of a new military assistance package

This was announced on Twitter by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov.
"The Ministry of Defense of Denmark has provided 6 drones for mine scanning as part of their aid package for Ukraine. These drones are used for non-technical inspection of territories, including water bodies, for explosive ordnance," he wrote.
Reznikov called the drones "an innovative approach to inspecting territories".
He also posted a video showing the drones in action.
- Moreover, Denmark was one of the first countries to agree to train Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16 fighter jets. It also provided Kyiv with a batch of Leopard 1 tanks.
- At the NATO summit in Vilnius, Denmark and a number of other countries supported the idea of providing Ukraine with security guarantees.
