This was stated at a press conference on March 27 by the Ministry's spokesperson Mao Ning.
"On January 5 last year, the leaders of the nuclear-weapon states issued a joint statement saying that it is impossible to win or wage a nuclear war. The statement emphasized that wars between the nuclear-weapon states should be avoided and strategic risks should be reduced," said a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman.
China also once again called for negotiations to "resolve the Ukrainian crisis."
