China proposes to give occupied Ukrainian territories to Russia, thus end war
During a trip to Europe, Chinese Special Representative Li Hui called for an immediate end to the war in Ukraine by giving the seized Ukrainian territories to Russia
The Wall Street Journal, citing Western officials who are aware of the details of the negotiations, reported this.
“The Chinese envoy dispatched to push Beijing’s peace plan for Ukraine carried a clear message: US allies in Europe should assert their autonomy and urge an immediate cease-fire, leaving Russia in possession of the parts of its smaller neighbor that it now occupies,” the publication says.
At the same time, it is noted that in Europe, the special representative of China with his ideas was met with a cool reception.
