Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, made the statement on the Belarusian Belsat TV channel.

He noted that the Russian military leadership moved from Kreminna to other settlements. All Russian civilians who were brought to perform works or provide medical assistance have already left for Russia.

The restoration works, which were started by Russian occupation authorities, are now "frozen”. They say "now your Nazis will come and repair everything.”

Serhiy Haidai noted that after the recapture of Kreminna he sees 2 possible developments: AFU advances towards Starobilsk, the logistics center of the Luhansk region.

"Whoever is in Starobilsk will control all logistics in the Luhansk region. There will be almost no roads left for the enemy to move freely."

Another possible direction is Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk, an offensive there will allow to defeat the Russian group that is advancing towards Bakhmut.
