"The bodies of the fallen soldiers have been evacuated. The SBU Investigation Department in Zaporizhzhia region has opened a criminal investigation. It has been preliminarily established that near Robotyne, in violation of Article 3 of the Geneva Convention relating to the Treatment of Prisoners of War and other norms of international humanitarian law, unidentified persons from the Russian armed forces or other military formations of the aggressor state intentionally killed people protected in the context of armed conflict, namely 3 servicemen of the airborne assault troops who were out of service as a result of being captured," said Shtupun.
