Vitalii Barabash reported this on Telegram.
“It's a pity to admit it, but Avdiivka is becoming more and more like a place from post-apocalyptic movies, or like Mariinka, which was completely destroyed by Russian forces,” the head of the administration said.
Barabash made a decision to evacuate Avdiivka's utility workers, who were trying their best to keep the town clean and functioning under Russian shelling.
“The lunar landscape is being painted by Russians with missiles on our land – day by day, more diligently,” the head of the Avdiivka administration said.
Local residents of Avdiivka in Donetsk region are also strongly advised to leave for safer regions: “Russian missiles and shells spare no one and nothing.”
