As a result of night shelling in Severodonetsk and Rubizhne, more than 20 houses were destroyed, two people died

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Sergiy Gaidai.

According to him, Russian troops shelled Severodonetsk and Rubizhne during the evening and night from March 17 to 18, using artillery and multiple missile launchers.

"Unfortunately, we already have two dead and four wounded. There is no gas and water in some houses near the shelling - we will try to fix it as soon as possible. However, you can't return human lives", Gaidai said.

He added that the situation in Rubizhne remains difficult.

"Rubizhne is fighting off the aggressor with the last of its strength. During the night, ten houses and a store caught fire. There are two wounded. At 5 am, the Russians again opened fire on Severodonetsk, Kreminna, Pryvillya. The number of victims and destruction is being specified. More than 20 houses and infrastructure were destroyed, some of them lacking gas and water", Gaidai wrote.
