Ukrinform informs about this with reference to the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.
"They are there in good conditions, under the personal, let's say, guarantee of the President of Turkey. All the conditions for a safe and normal life have been created for them, as far as possible. And the only condition that has been applied to them within the framework of the exchange of prisoners of war is the restriction and a ban on returning to Ukraine while the war in our country with the Russian Federation continues," the ombudsman said.
