According to the Czech president, not only his country but also NATO perceives Russia as the number 1 threat in Europe. Petr Pavel emphasized that it is necessary to really prepare for such a threat.
"All armies are realistic about this threat, all armies are preparing for the possibility of a high-intensity conflict in Europe," Pavel said.
- Recently, the Czech president said that the Ukrainian army's counteroffensive was not developing as expected, and that the West's supply of weapons was slow and in much smaller quantities than needed.
