Maryna Tkachuk, the girl's mother, told Espreso.TV about the condition of 9-year-old Albina.
"It happened instantly, not even a second, but a millisecond. At the time of the explosion, the window was smashed. The child was in her bed and she jumped out of it right at me. At that moment, the window flew out, most likely, the fragments injured her leg and arm," the woman said.
According to her mother, Albina has two lacerations. She and the child have already visited doctors, the girl had two lacerations on her leg stitched up and a wound on her arm treated. Now the child is in a safe place, with relatives in Kyiv. She is extremely scared.
On the morning of September 21, Ukraine experienced two waves of missile attacks from the Russian Federation. In the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, shrapnel fell on a non-residential building without causing a fire.
