Serhiy Hamalii, the head of Khmelnytskyi regional military administration, informed on the situation on Telegram.

According to him, one of the most difficult situations with energy supply has developed in the Khmelnytskyi region due to Russian shelling.

As of 00:28 a.m. on November 25, 437,000 consumers in 1,060 settlements of Khmelnytskyi region have reportedly had no electricity supply.

"Despite the incredible efforts of power engineers, Izyaslav and Bilohirya still have no power, we hope to restore it by morning," writes Hamalii.

Khmelnytskyi region, reportedly, has 35% of the power it needs: it is possible to activate all critical infrastructure. The housing stock will receive electricity supply gradually.

Hamalii also reported on the Khmelnytskyi NPP operation. According to him, the first unit is operating at the 500 MW capacity, the second - at a minimal controlled level.

However, it will not be possible to start the production on November 25.

"Power engineers continue to work 24/7. We thank them for their hard work!" emphasizes Hamalii.
