100 missiles at Ukraine simultaneously is no longer possible — Ukraine's intelligence on Russian stockpiles
Russia has at least 585 missiles in its stockpile, with a range exceeding 500 kilometers. These are the missiles they use most often to attack the territory of Ukraine
Deputy Chief of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (DIU), Major General Vadym Skibitskyi, shared the information in a comment to RBC-Ukraine.
He noted that the DIU closely monitors everything related to Russia's missile stockpiles and production.
"If we talk about Iskander ballistic and cruise missiles, then, according to our data, there are about 270 of them now. The Kalibr stockpile is approximately 140 missiles. They have fewer Kh-101s, the total number of Kh-101s, Kh-555s, and Kh-55s with warheads is about 100 missiles, according to our estimates," Skibitskyi said.
According to him, Russia may also have about 75 more Kinzhal missiles in its stockpile.
The deputy head of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine added that Russian troops are currently launching Kh-101s less compared to the fall of 2022. Skibitskyi cited 2 reasons behind this.
"First, they are forced to take into account the critical limit, that is, to use these missiles sparingly. After all, according to the plans, the Russians can produce about 40 Kh-101 missiles per month, but we already know that these plans are not being fulfilled. This is primarily due to a shortage of foreign components.
The second factor is that Russia is trying to accumulate stockpiles of these missiles, which are considered more accurate and effective when compared, for example, to the Kh-555, Kh-22 cruise missiles, or even Kalibrs that we successfully shoot down," the intelligence representative explained.

Earlier, the head of the Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, said that Russia's Tu-22M3 strategic bombers had become less of a threat to Ukraine following recent operations against the aircraft that reduced their ability to launch Kh-22 missiles.
