Zelenskyy said this in an interview with The Washington Post.
According to him, such a step can become one of the ways to prevent Russia from annexing new territories of Ukraine.
"The most important sanctions are the closing of the borders - because the Russians are taking away foreign land. They must live in their own world until they change their philosophy. Whoever the Russians are, let them go to Russia. Then they will understand. They will say: "This war has nothing to do with us. The entire population cannot be responsible, right? Maybe. The population elected this government, and they don't fight, argue, or shout about it," Zelenskyy said.
He emphasized that the entry ban for all Russians is the only way to influence Putin.
