Zelenskyy dismisses Joint Forces commander Moskalyov
On Sunday, February 26, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the AFU commander Eduard Moskalyov

This is stated in the decree published on the President’s website.
"Remove Eduard Mykhailovych Moskalyov from the post of Joint Forces commander," the decree reads.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Eduard Moskalyov to the position on March 15, 2022 because the previous commander, Oleksiy Pavliuk, was appointed head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
Previously, Moskalyov was an OC East Chief of Staff and the AFU Joint Forces deputy commander.

On February 11, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a decree on the dismissal of the National Guard deputy commander Ruslan Dzyuba.
