
Zelenskyy, Czech PM Fiala talk defense support and cooperation in Prague
On Monday, May 5, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy began talks with Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala in Prague
Ukrinform reported the information.
On May 5, Ukraine and the Czech Republic will discuss all areas of bilateral cooperation, including the Czech initiative to provide ammunition to Ukraine.
Later in the day, President Zelenskyy will also meet with leaders of Czech defense companies.
Earlier, Zelenskyy met with Markéta Pekarová Adamová, Speaker of the Czech Chamber of Deputies. He’s also set to meet with Senate Speaker Miloš Vystrčil and representatives of the opposition ANO movement.
First Lady Olena Zelenska is expected to speak at the international Global Health Initiative for Ukraine conference, focusing on support for Ukraine’s healthcare system.
Miroslaw Czech, a Polish politician, member of the Sejm for several terms, public figure, and journalist, stated that Europe would stand firm if the Ukrainian Armed Forces hold the line at the front.
