Zelensky replaces Ukrainian Armed Forces Territorial Defense commander
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Igor Tantsyura Commander of the Armed Forces' Territorial Defense.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared the news on Facebook, citing presidential decrees.
By Decree №366, the president dismissed Yuriy Galushkin, Territorial Defense commander with the Armed Forces.
Zelensky appointed Major General Igor Tantsyura to this post.
Tantsyura's previous position was Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander of the Land Forces of Ukraine's Armed Forces. In 2019 he was appointed Chief of Staff, First Deputy Commander of Joint Forces Operation.
