The First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska has met with US President Joseph Biden and his wife Jill Biden.

"The hearts of the American people are with the mothers of Ukraine. The author of these words is the first lady of the United States, Jill Biden. Today I 'return' her visit - at the invitation of Ms. Jill, I met her in Washington. It is usually believed that the spouses of the first persons have only humanitarian tasks. But the war showed that this is not the case. Our power is not so 'soft'. We can do a lot, especially together. It was extremely nice to meet," wrote the First Lady of Ukraine.
