"There was no Ukrainian involvement whatsoever," she emphasized.
Watson reiterated that the US had previously warned Russia about the ISIS threat of a terrorist attack.
It's worth noting that the day before, the US Security Council stated that the warning was issued “in accordance with its longstanding ‘duty to warn’ policy.”
