Do they want to turn Ukraine into closed military training Ground?

This “allowing Ukraine to use weapons for defense outside its territory” has already begun to irritate me.

For three reasons:

First, it seems that someone first asks permission from Moscow and then gives it to Ukraine. I hope this is a mistake…

Secondly, people are being killed right now, when there is no authorization for escalation (several dozen innocent victims in Kharkiv alone in recent days).

Thirdly, the ban on the use of weapons provided in full compliance with international law and export control rules outside the territory of Ukraine only confirms the false narrative that Ukraine is being turned into a closed training ground…

I hope that my concerns are exaggerated, and we will see preemptive strikes on the accumulation of the Russian attack group that is now gathering (according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy) on the borders of Ukraine 90 km northwest of Kharkiv.
