This information was disclosed by Mao Ning, the spokeswoman for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Li Hui's diplomatic mission will include visits to Russia, the EU headquarters, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, and France, focusing on "the second round of diplomatic discussions on the political settlement of the Ukrainian crisis." The visits are scheduled to commence on March 2.
- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasized earlier that the top priority is to establish peace in Ukraine through negotiations. He stressed that the sole viable resolution to the current "crisis" is a political one.
