Zelenskyy later wrote: "Appreciate US President Joseph Biden's decision to strengthen our air defense with five new Patriots and dozens of other systems. A strong decision that will help us fight Russian terror."

Meeting with Stoltenberg

Zelenskyy wrote after the meeting: "Today we will approve the Ukraine Compact, and this document is a success for Ukraine, as it develops our security architecture. We will definitely fulfill every point - we have enough energy for this. I thank Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg for all these years of our cooperation. The Alliance has indeed become stronger."

The NATO Secretary General noted that the right to self-defense includes strikes on military targets in Russia.
