White House uses AI image like Ukrainian star Khyzniak — actress demands 5 Patriots
The official social media account of the White House has published a video presentation of a new bill from Donald Trump’s administration, featuring the image of a woman identical to Ukrainian actor Antonina Khyzniak
This was reported by the Institute of Mass Information (IMI).
A video appeared on the White House's Instagram page dedicated to the presentation of a new tax-related bill by U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration.
The clip includes an image of a person who looks visually identical to Ukrainian actress Antonina Khyzniak.

"President Trump’s plan ends taxes on overtime pay, saving workers thousands in hard-earned cash. The One Big Beautiful Bill respects the hustle. PASS THE BILL. Make Hard Work Pay Again. ????????," the caption reads.
In response, the actress published a video of a “conversation” with President Donald Trump, “bargaining” for five Patriot air defense systems in exchange for her face appearing in a White House post.
As clarified by IMI Director Oksana Romaniuk, the AI models used to create the video may have been trained on publicly available photos of the Ukrainian actress.
"But if that’s the case, it means that any real person with a digital footprint can be reproduced in a fictional context. Their image can be used in advertising, political, or government communications without their consent. For now, we don’t know how to handle this, but this case should draw the attention of AI and deepfake experts and highlight the issue of the opacity of generative AI content," Romaniuk emphasized.
