Ukrainian developer ENSO wins prestigious European Property Awards

Kyiv-based development company ENSO, representing Ukraine on the international stage, has won the prestigious European Property Awards 2024-2025 (EPA). Their project DIADANS received an award in the Residential High Rise Development category, which recognizes the best high-rise residential complexes

The awards ceremony took place in London.

«This award confirms that our project meets the highest European standards», emphasized ENSO CEO Ramil Mekhtiev.

DIADANS consists of two 31-story towers that combine modern architecture with business-class functionality. The project stands out for its elegant design and convenient location in the center of Kyiv.

The EPA is one of the most influential awards in real estate, with a history spanning over 30 years. A jury of more than 100 independent experts evaluates projects based on criteria including design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and environmental sustainability.

EPA is part of the global International Property Awards initiative, established in 1993. The award recognizes achievements in architecture, interior design, development, and real estate services not only in Europe but worldwide.

Background: Ukrainian development company ENSO, founded in 2017, specializes in the development, construction, and management of residential and commercial real estate projects. The company is building residential complexes with a total area of approximately 400,000 square meters: Diadans, Poetica First Collection, Poetica Second Collection, and Fjord.

ENSO was the first in Ukraine to certify a residential complex according to international environmental standards. In 2020, Diadans received BREEAM International New Construction certification, which includes assessment of energy efficiency, building environmental impact, resident and visitor safety, use of environmentally friendly construction materials, transport infrastructure convenience, and more.
