Ukraine expects unity from Europeans, Europeans expect unity from Ukraine

We are discussing a common European defense strategy in the Defense Committee. The group for relations with Ukraine is led by Gabriel Attal, a young politician, former prime minister, and leader of Macron's parliamentary faction. The group includes representatives from most factions.

An MP from Marine Le Pen's party stated, "I used to support Russia more, but we all see the consequences of this policy and the threats that have emerged in the U.S."

We, Ukrainian MPs from all factions, are speaking with one voice here, calling for unanimous support for Ukraine, and we believe that in Ukraine we will finally be able to give up fighting each other during this terrible time. 

We expect unity from Europeans, and Europeans expect it from us. This is the only way to survive.
