Ukrinform reports.
Pentagon is focused on working with the aviation coalition to determine what Ukraine's requirements are, and then meet those requirements, Ryder said.
The spokesman did not specify how many Ukrainian pilots are undergoing training. He mentioned that the Ukrainian side should announce this, considering security and planning factors.
Instead, the general noted that F-16 training is being conducted in Arizona, USA, and in Denmark. He also mentioned the potential for additional training elsewhere in Europe.
According to Ryder, US support for the aviation coalition will remain long-term.
- Oleksandra Ustinova, head of the special parliamentary commission on arms and ammunition, accused the US of deliberately delaying the training of Ukrainian fighter pilots.
