European Commission official Peter Wagner, who arrived by train to Kyiv during the air raid alert and kamikaze drone attacks, did not cancel his visit.

"Back to Kyiv - with a wonderful sunrise and another Russian air attack. Looking forward to the first meetings on European crisis response from violence against women to fighting against disinformation, the investigating war crimes and demining," Peter Wagner wrote.
Wagner, who currently heads the EU's Foreign Policy Instruments Service, posted a photo from the Kyiv train station at 8 am.
