It is noted that the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, made a manipulative statement regarding the scandalous reports of Amnesty International and equated the policy of the West with that of a dictatorship.
"Independent experts will analyze the report of Amnesty International, which accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of placing weapons in residential areas, because the result should be different... if they said that the Kyiv regime does not shoot at civilians, then it does not shoot. The anti-scientific approach and its presence determine the current Western system as a dictatorship," the propagandist writes.
In addition, Russian collaborator Kyrylo Stremousov, who was given the position of "head" of the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region by Russian occupiers, attempted to discredit the statements of the Ukrainian authorities.
"Kyiv's messages about counterattacks on Kherson are as empty as the promises made in recent years about the liberation of Donbass and Crimea," Stremousov said.
Also, the Russian media, citing journalist John Mark Dugan, wrote that the American military, who are fighting on the side of Ukraine, seem to have doubts about their actions.
"American soldiers fighting for Ukraine have doubts. Pro-Russian attitudes have formed in the US Marine corps: some soldiers consider the US policy in Ukraine to be criminal," pro-Kremlin media write.
