Western and Asian components found in downed Iranian drone in Mykolaiv
The head of Ukraine's Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, said that spare parts made in Western and Asian countries were found in the drone shot down over Mykolaiv at night
He wrote about this on Telegram.
He emphasised that sanctions against Russia are not enough if its drones still have Western or Asian components.
"We cannot turn a blind eye to this and say that sanctions are enough. No, they are not enough, because shelling and raids by attack UAVs continue daily," Yermak wrote.
The head of Ukraine's presidential office published a photo of a foreign carburettor of an Iranian UAV engine and said that Russians erase serial numbers in foreign components. The photo shows that the part was made in Ireland.

"The second photo shows a part with a serial number that has been erased. Russia has been buying foreign technological products for many years, but now that they are becoming tools for killing people, terrorism and genocide, this cannot continue," he added.
Yermak stressed that Ukraine provides recommendations to its partners on what restrictions can be introduced and what control can be strengthened.
