West disrupts Minsk agreements to arm Ukraine – Lavrov

According to him, the Western countries disrupted the Minsk agreements in order to arm Ukraine against Russia, which was allegedly publicly admitted by all parties who signed the agreements.

"We gave specific examples that confirm that the purpose of the disruption of the Minsk agreements was to create conditions for arming Ukraine against the Russian Federation. And the purpose was also to destroy the rights of the Russian and Russian-speaking population in Ukraine," Lavrov said.
